Dia-Flo Straightway Diaphragm Valve

Dia-Flo diaphragm valves are engineered for tough applications in the chemical processing, mining, power generation, pulp and paper, and water treatment industries.  Dia-Flo straightway-type diaphragm valves are utilized to handle abrasive and erosive media, fluids which contain up to 50% solids which tend to clog or abrade other types of valves.  The straightway diaphragm valve can be supplied in a wide variety of body linings and diaphragms to address chemical compatibility of the service.

  • Bubble tight shut-off – Tight shut-off across weir is independent of line pressure.
  • Bonnet isolation – Separates working components of valve from process fluids.
  • Packing-less design – No packing gland adjustments or stem seal leaks of dangerous media.
  • In-line maintenance – Bonnet assembly can be removed without taking valve out of line.
  • Full port flow – Full opening of port provides higher flow capacity and less erosive wear on lining and diaphragm
